Flamewood is well located to all the major transport routes that connect to the Perth CBD, international and domestic airport, and key industrial areas. It is also close to both the Guildford and Bassendean Train Stations which are 15 minutes away.

A number of exciting new Government initiatives are underway including the Ellenbrook Bus Rapid Transit Way will deliver quicker, more predictable journey times for public transport users. The Labour Government has recently announced the commitment to the Metronet Morley-Ellenbrook Train Line to commence construction in 2019.

Flamewood is walking distance to a future Primary School, playing fields and Child Care centre, as well as being surrounded by a large array of schooling options, both public and private.

It is also only a short drive to a series of medical facilities in Ellenbrook and Caversham and 18 minutes to the $360 million Midland St John of God Public Hospital. Opening in 2015, the St John of God Midland Public Hospital is a 307-bed public hospital providing free hospital services for patients within this corridor.
